Moe Cropper joined the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company in 2004 as a Cadet.  He participated in the Cadet Program for four years, serving as a Cadet Lieutenant for 3 years.  In 2008, Moe joined the Department as an Active Firefighter.  Throughout the years, he has held the positions of Lieutenant, Assistant Chief, and Deputy Chief.  

Moe currently works for Berlin Fire Company as a Firefighter/EMT.
