Just before 3:30pm on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, the Ocean City Fire Department was dispatched to Orleans Court Condominium located at 14001 Coastal Highway. Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire located on the balcony of a third floor unit. The Ocean City Office of the Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire and is looking to identify a few good Samaritans who assisted with the building evacuation prior to the arrival of the fire department.
