Snorkel 5 Participates in Worcester County Vo-Tech Training - Worcester County Training Center

Friday, October 30, 2015
Snorkel 5 (formerly Snorkel 11) participated in what may be her last training evolution as a member of the Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company. Slated to be retired once a new 100' E-One Tower Ladder is placed into service in the near future, Snorkel 5 has served the citizens and visitors of Ocean City and Worcester County with steadfast dedication for decades. The Snorkel boom is a vintage 1966 and the current chasis is a 1983 Pierce. The Vo Tech drill consisted of Flying Standpipe evolutions as well as basic Truck Company operations.
