OCFD was alerted for a reported CPR on the beach at 94th Street. Units arrived on scene to find a male subject breathing after bystanders stated he was not breathing and CPR was being done. The patient was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, Maryland by Maryland State Police Aviation.
