The volunteer fire company has reinstated the Engineers Program and positioned its first five members. Engineers are responsible for ensuring an efficient fireground by assisting with water supply operations, aerial placement and operation, water supply and application, and incident management (safety officer, accountability, and incident command assistance.)

The newly appointed “Class of 2023” are Past Deputy Chief David N. Cropper, Past Deputy Chief Robert B. “Bo” Duke III, Past Assistant Chief A. Michael “Mike” Hastings, Past Assistant Chief Bryant D. Bunting (picture unavailable), and Past Assistant Chief William C. “Will” Savage III.

These gentlemen bring well over 160 years of Ocean City fire experience to the fireground.  Congratulations gentlemen and Thank You!
