Crews dispatched for motor vehicle accident on the east side of Atlantic Ave. Shortly after dispatch the call was upgraded to MVC reported entrapment, adding a rescue company to the response. Crews arrived on scene to find two occupants and the vehicle very unstable with a large crowd in the vicinity.

Crews established a safe space and stabilized the vehicle for safety until the towing company arrived. The two occupants of the vehicle refused treatment. Crews operating: Chief 52, Chief 53, Captain 744 Engine 3, Paramedic 3-1, Paramedic 1-1, Heavy Rescue 1. Captain 744 had Command.
