Last night, Lieutenant Matt James and members of the duty crew welcomed Emily and Pepo to the fire station for a tour, fire engine ride along, and safety reminders. Every year hundreds of students travel across the world to work in Ocean City, Maryland and become part of the Ocean City Seasonal Workforce. This is an experience of a lifetime for so many. The Ocean City Fire Department welcomes all visitors including our J1 students to ensure they have a safe stay while in Ocean City. Pepo said, “Make sure you have a working smoke alarm. If you do not, stop by any firehouse.”
