Communications alerted OC Emergency Personnel for a person unconcious and not breathing on the beach.  Beach Patrol arrived first and advised that the patient was concious and breathing and that he was a victim of a strong rip current.  EMS evaluated the patient and transported him to PRMC for further evaluation.
