EOC received a call from a 42 ft Hatteras reporting that the cabin was filled with smoke and they were 10 minutes out of Bahia Marina.  North 1 Duty Crew and OC Emergency personnel boarded the vessel and found the twin turbos overheated and smoking severely.  Crews remained on the scene venting and checking for further damage.  Finding none all units were cleared from the scene.
