A young man walked into Station 3 for assistance.  "...you see, my buddies put this bike lock on me while I was

asleep...and they threw the key into the Ocean," he explained.  Fortunately, OC Emergency Personnel freed him so he could enjoy the rest of his stay at the shore.  There was no word on the whereabouts of his bike or his
